The rooms are located in the Herewegbuurt neighborhood in Groningen. There’s a Plus supermarket nearby for your daily groceries. The center of Groningen, with all its major amenities, is just a 5-minute bike ride away.

Layout:
The rooms are located on the second and third floors of the building. Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the hallway, which provides access to all the rooms and the common areas. The apartment features a shared living room with an open kitchen and access to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, and combination oven. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Rent and Security Deposit:
The rent for Room 1 is €735 per month, including a €60 advance payment for gas, water, and electricity. (Photos 4–6)
The rent for Room 2 is €735 per month, including a €60 advance payment for gas, water, and electricity. (photos 7–8)
The rent for Room 3 is €635 per month, including a €60 advance payment for gas, water, and electricity. (Photos 9–10)
The rent for Room 4 is €585 per month, including a €60 advance payment for gas, water, and electricity. (Photos 11–12)
The security deposit is one month’s rent.

Availability and Lease Term:
The rooms are available immediately. The lease agreement is for an indefinite term.
