✨🪩Huize Hysterisch🪩✨ is looking for a new female tenant (female, 21+) for an indefinite period, starting September 1, 2026

Dear girls looking for a room,

Starting September 1, a spot will open up at our house on Tuinbouwstraat. There are four of us living here—all around 21–24 years old—and we’d prefer someone around the same age. We’re all still in school or have just graduated, and we’ve built our own lives in Groningen, so we’d love it if you’ve done the same. Some of us are members of the Albertus student association, but this isn’t a requirement🪩! We enjoy doing things together, like going out or hanging out at outdoor cafes, but a night in watching a movie or TV show is also totally fine🍿. Unfortunately, we don’t have a common room, but we do have an open-door policy, and you’re always welcome to drop by for a chat.

Our house is located on Tuinbouwstraat; the Noorderplantsoen is our backyard🪴. Noord Station is just around the corner, the city center is a 5-minute bike ride away, and Zernike is about 10 minutes away. The four of us share the shower with toilet, washing machine, and dryer, as well as the kitchen (there’s an additional kitchenette on the second floor), and we have a lovely south-facing balcony☀️.

The room is about 10 m², has its own sink, and the rent is €485, including utilities.

The house tour will be around August 5—the exact date isn’t set yet—so please only respond if you’re available around that time.
