I’m looking for a female subtenant from August through mid-April!

It’s a spacious (20 m²), bright room located in Groningen’s Schildersbuurt neighborhood. The location is ideal: a 5-minute bike ride to downtown, 7 minutes to the UMCG, and 10 minutes to Zernike.

It’s a mixed-gender (2 men, 1 woman) house where everyone minds their own business, but we regularly pop in to each other’s rooms for a chat and occasionally eat together.

The room has its own kitchenette with a refrigerator, a sofa, a double bed, a dining table, and a large closet. You’ll share the shower and toilet with the other housemates.

The rent will be between 550 and 600 (including utilities).
