Near Groningen City ( only 7 min walking to the Train station of Assen, then 4x an hour there is the 17 min train to the train station of Groningen, from Assen there are also direct trains to Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague.

Some more info: The house is near shops, restaurants, parks, the fresh market ( 1 min walk, 2x a week ) the very affordable sauna and pool center "Bonte Wever" 5-10 min bike. Assen is surrounded by forests and national parks.

Some more info: a card for the train from Groningen to Assen costs between 50-170 euro ( now there is a 50 euro offer for unlimited travel in NL in the train). If EU students work 32 hours a month, so 8 hours a week they can get a free travel card from the Dutch government.

We are going to select a social female student who is going to rent the room long term. No male students, no very introvert people, no working people sorry! We are looking for a serious social female student with a positive vibe.

The house has a kitchen with shared dinner table, shared microwave oven combo, freezer, fridge, washing machine, dryer.

The bathroom is renovated 2 years ago and kept very clean, it has a large shower with both a normal shower and a rain shower.

The house is clean, organised and mostly calm but social, perfect to study or to hang out with friends.

There is also a balcony and outside there is a storage for your bike.
