Subtenant wanted! (late August through January, with a chance of extension) Female, no international students. 🌸🌸🌸

Our dear roommate is unfortunately leaving us for six months, which means a room is opening up at Huize Ceram on Korreweg!
It’s a 15m² attic room with its own sink, with a rent of €380 (this includes €75 for gas, water, and electricity). The furniture stays, and the wardrobe is in the hallway.

The house is fully equipped: a new kitchen with a dishwasher, a brand-new combination oven, and two refrigerators (with freezers), a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a washing machine, a dryer, and a fully furnished rooftop terrace. We also like a clean and tidy house, which is why there’s a cleaning schedule that everyone sticks to.

Plus, the Albert Heijn and a bus stop are just around the corner, you can bike to the Grote Markt in 10 minutes, and there’s a gym within walking distance!

We’re looking for a girl who’s already well into her studies and has her own life going in Groningen.
You’ll be living with five other girls (ages 20–25), all studying different subjects. Everyone is active in clubs (GCHC, TAM, Gyas, and independent sororities). Tuesday is house night, but in between, we regularly have wine and coffee together, work out together, go for ice cream at Room, or go out 😋.
