# **❗Roommate (M/F) Wanted: Casa Adviento 🏠 (20+)**

Starting July 19, a room will become available at our place, Casa Adviento, on Stadhouderslaan (for an indefinite period). That’s why we’re looking for someone who’d like to come live with us!

Our house is located in the Oranjebuurt neighborhood. This means the Jumbo supermarket is nearby, and you can reach the city center or Zernike in about 7 minutes by bike. You’ll share the kitchen (with dishwasher) and bathroom with 3 roommates (master’s students/recent graduates). We’re active in various student, academic, and sports clubs. We have a regular house night on Tuesdays and enjoy doing other things together as well, like eating, working out, playing games, etc.

The room is about 9-10 m² and the rent is approximately €325. Internet and laundry costs are additional. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
