🪩 HOFFA HOUSE IS LOOKING FOR 2 NEW ROOMMATES 🪩
(M + F, 19+, no international students)

Starting in mid-July, two rooms will become available in our house on Hofstraat (for an indefinite period). The house is within walking distance of the Grote Markt (2–3 minutes), right in the heart of the city center.
The first room is approximately 12 m² and will cost around €330 (incl. utilities). It’s important to note that this room opens onto the shared rooftop terrace.
The second room is approximately 9 m² (including utilities) and will cost around €250. These rooms feature a built-in loft bed.

There are six of us living in this house. We enjoy dropping by each other’s rooms, have a regular house night on Tuesdays, and love doing fun activities, such as house weekends and Christmas dinner.
We also have active personal lives in the city, including involvement in various (sports) clubs.
