We are looking for a new tenant to move in immediately at our house on Koeriersterweg.

The room is located on the first floor of the house and has an area of 19 m². It consists of two sections: a spacious bedroom (first 3 photos) and a smaller room with a sink (last photo). The rent is €450, excluding utilities. Additional service fees amount to €95 (for gas, water, electricity, washing machine, and internet).

We’re a mixed-gender house (currently 2 guys and 2 girls). We share the kitchen, shower, and washing machine, and we have a small balcony.

The house is in a very convenient location. You can reach the city center by bike in 10 minutes. The City Park and the nearest supermarket are within walking distance of the house.
