Looking for a female roommate (20+) for Casa Amor!! 🩷🏠 (Dutch only)

Starting in early July, we’re looking for a new roommate for our house on Kamerlingh Onnesstraat in Groningen.💚

The room is 9 m² and unfurnished. The base rent is €478, excluding utilities. On top of that, there’s about €80 for gas, water, laundry, and internet. The four of us share the kitchen, toilet, bathroom, living room, and balconies.🌞🌞

The house is within walking distance of the train station, and it’s about a 5-minute bike ride to the city center.🚲

You’ll be living with three girls aged 20, 21, and 22. We’re a fun group—we eat together regularly and are members of various clubs (Gyas, GHBS, and GCHC).☺️

The house tour is on Tuesday, June 30—please only apply if you can attend then :))
