ROOMMATE WANTED

(Sorry, no international students)

A room will become available on July 1 in our cozy house on Hoendiep, near Westerhaven.

🏠 The Room

Approximately 18 m²

Rent: €570.80 per month, including internet, gas, water, and electricity

Free bed frame provided

Available until July 1, 2027, at the latest

📍 The location

Our house is located on Hoendiep, in a great spot close to Westerhaven. It’s just a few minutes by bike to the city center, and both Hanze University and the University of Groningen (RUG) are easily accessible. Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. And there’s a bus stop right outside the door.

🏡 The house

You’ll be living with two roommates:

Charlize (20) and Selina (24); we’re both studying physical therapy.

We share the kitchen, shower, and toilet. We also have:

•⁠ ⁠Washing machine

•⁠ ⁠Dishwasher

•⁠ ⁠Oven/microwave

•⁠ ⁠Enclosed alley for bikes

We’re a friendly household where there’s room for both doing things together and living your own life. We enjoy having dinner together every now and then, grabbing a drink, or sitting in the garden when the weather is nice. At the same time, everyone has their own interests.
