Dear room seeking girls,

The Jozefvilla is looking for two new roommates! 🩷 We have one room that is vacant indefinitely and one room that is available for subletting.
�Our house is located on the Jozef Israëlsstraat in the Schildersbuurt: a 5-minute walk from the AH and within 10 minutes you are at the Vismarkt.

Room 1 - Undefined time (from July 1)
The room is 16 m2. You share the bathroom and toilet with five other girls The kitchen you share with two girls. The rent will follow, it is not known at this time. Furniture available for acquisition.

Room 2 - subletting
The room is available from mid-July until January. The room is 15 m2 and has its own kitchen. The bathroom and toilet you share with five other girls.The rent: € 615 per month incl. g/w/l�
We are a close house that has a house night every Tuesday, but actually there are always people eating at home. Furthermore, we undertake a lot together, such as: drinks, eating together, sports, chilling, various dinners, house outings and weekends away!

We are also active in various associations, including Albertus, GCHC, TAM and various disputes.
