Dear room seekers,

We are a large and cozy house parallel to the Lage der Aa. We live with 12 people - six boys and six girls - of which everyone is active in different student associations (Aegir, Gyas, Albertus, GCHC, De Groene Uilen, GSRC etc.). We always drop in on each other and undertake a lot together outside the weekly house night on Tuesdays. Think of visiting festivals, visiting each other's clubs or just having a drink in the sun. We also organize all kinds of fun activities such as a BDD, OHD, Sinter Christmas, house weekend and other outings!

One room is available from July for subletting with a high chance of transfer: about 18m2, with its own sink! It costs around €518 incl.

The other room is VAST available per July, also about 18 m2 in size, with its own sink!!! It costs around €620 incl. (1st set of photos)
