Dear room seeking girls,

Unfortunately our dear roommate is leaving us. From July 1, there will be a room available in our cozy House Boot. Therefore we are looking for a new roommate. We are a house of 5 girls in the Zeeheldenbuurt in Groningen. We have house nights every Tuesday, we celebrate sinter christmas and occasionally go out together for a day or evening. Furthermore, we are all serious about study/work. The house is an 8-minute walk to Westerhaven and a 15-minute bike ride to Zernike. In the summer we like to sit with our beer table on the balcony or in front of the house and we like to sit at the van Brakelplein (1 minute walk)!

The room that is vacant is 14m2 in total and has its own sink. It is also adjacent to a shared balcony so you can open the door in the summer. You share the kitchen, shower and toilet with 4 female roommates. The price for this room will be 510 euros including g/w/l and internet.
