Male Roommate Wanted (No International Students)
Hey guys! From September 1 through December 31 (with the possibility of extending until mid-January, subject to agreement), a room will become available for sublease in our house on J.C. Kapteynlaan. We’re looking for a male roommate who will be spending a lot of time in Groningen over the coming months. The furnished room itself is about 8 square meters, and the rent is €611 per month, including utilities. The room also has a built-in closet. We share a spacious living room and a clean, large bathroom. We also have a balcony. Our household is brand new, so we have the freedom to decorate the place together.

The house is in a great location—we live across from the UMCG, the city center is a 5-minute bike ride away, and Zernike is 15 minutes away. All the shops are just around the corner, too.
