A student room is available immediately at Briljantstraat 3 in Groningen.

The apartment is located in Vinkhuizen-Noord and is close to various amenities. There are several dining options in the immediate vicinity. For daily groceries, there are Aldi, Lidl, and Albert Heijn supermarkets within walking distance. The city center is just a few minutes away by bike, ideal for those who enjoy shopping or going out. Additionally, Hanze University and the University of Groningen are easily accessible by bike or bus.

Layout:
The room is located on the ground floor and first floor of the building. On the ground floor is the shared kitchen, which also provides access to the spacious backyard. On the first floor is the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. All common areas are shared with a total of five roommates.

Rent and Security Deposit:
The rent for Room 4 is €695 per month, including a €70 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

Availability and lease term:
The rooms are available immediately. The lease agreement is for an indefinite term.
