A student room is available immediately at Zwarteweg 5A in Groningen

Location:
The room is located in the Oranjebuurt neighborhood, a short distance from various shops, restaurants, and nightlife spots. For your daily groceries, you can visit the Plus supermarket just around the corner. Public transportation access is excellent, and within minutes you can reach educational institutions such as the University of Groningen and Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen. Additionally, the Noorderplantsoen is within walking distance, making it ideal for relaxation.

Layout:
Upon entering the apartment, you’ll first arrive in the hallway, which provides access to the common areas. The apartment features a shared bathroom and a balcony. The room has an area of 19 m² and is equipped with its own kitchenette. You’ll share the apartment with two other roommates.

Rent and Security Deposit:
The rent for Room 2 is €685 per month, including a €75 advance payment for water.
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. (PLEASE NOTE: Housing allowance is not available for room rentals.)
The room is rented without gas, water, electricity, internet, or television. This means that tenants are responsible for setting up and paying the utility bills for gas, electricity, internet, television, etc.

Availability and lease term:
The room is available immediately. The lease agreement is entered into for an indefinite term.
