Spacious room (12 m²) in a house with a rooftop terrace
– Oud-Zuid, near the Olympic Stadium

Starting July 1, an 11 m² room is available in my spacious home (110 m²). The house is located in Oud-Zuid, near the Olympic Stadium, and has a nice rooftop terrace. Rent is €1,000 per month, utilities not included.

My name is Tim. I’m currently running my own business, enjoy a variety of sports, and am very passionate about music and creative hobbies. The house is spacious and relaxed, with plenty of room for everyone’s personal belongings (there’s an extra room next to the bedroom that you can decorate however you like).
