Hi all,
From the beginning of August I am looking for a (female, working) roommate for my apartment in Amsterdam. I myself am a working woman of almost 30, and we will soon share the apartment (94m²) cozily in pairs.
📍 Edge of the Schinkel neighborhood, opposite the World Fashion Center
🛏️ Your own room is slightly larger than 13m²
💰 € 1,078 per month. This includes everything (so also g/w/l, internet, waterschapsbelasting and waste taxes)
📅 It is for a minimum of 6 months
🔄 There is a possibility to stay a few months longer
📢 I apply a notice period of 2 months in advance. So if the rental period (after the 6 months) ends, I will always let you know at least 2 months in advance!
