Room for rent in an East Amsterdam apartment. 6 months. I’m looking for a flatmate.

👉 **Important**: I’m looking for an active, cheerful and open-minded person. Preferably queer but not necessary. I have a good balance between living tidy and relaxed. Active and working guy here, aged 38.

About the place:
* Room is 9m2 in an 75m2 apartment (with me)
* Spacious living room and separate large kitchen, nice green balcony
* Near shopping street **Javastraat** and public transport
* No registration possible.

**Date: 6 months starting July 1st**, extension possible

**Rent: €750** all-inclusive (we have superfast internet)
