You’ll be living with 1 roommate who is 21 years old, and you’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. We enjoy eating together or having a drink every now and then, but everyone also has their own life.
The room itself is 8m² and is conveniently close to the toilet and bathroom (see floor plan). The room is furnished: there’s a double bed (pull-out), a desk, and a chest of drawers. The apartment also has 2 balconies, the larger of which is accessible from the bedroom.
As for planning: the viewing/interview (hospiteren) is scheduled for July 23rd, you can move in from August 1st, and you can stay until January 1st. (You’ll pay for august-dec = 5 months)
The rent is €1,300 per month, plus additional costs for gas, water, and electricity (total around €385), plus waste tax (total: €97.71) and water tax (total: €96.92). These additional costs are not per month, but in total for the whole period of 5 months. An important point to note is that you cannot register at this address.
Lastly, the apartment is within walking distance of the De Pijp metro and tram stop, and close to Sarphatipark.
