Hi all. We are looking for one MALE roommate.
A roommate is going to move out, so there is one room available only for MALE.

It is located in Gaasperplas, 10min walk from metro station. Room is 10 m2. Price is 950 Euro per month, INCLUDING water, municipality tax, registration, internet and 50 Euro for energy.

If you dont need registration, it can be 850.

Deposit is one month rent.

Move-in can be beginnng of Aug.

Viewing can start now.

There are several other points to mention:

1. Not for party and loud music lovers. Prefer quiet people.

2. U must be clean and tidy, follow cleaning schedule. Clean your dishes after meal.(This sounds easy but many are not able to)

3. Friends visit is welcomed but the room is only for one occupant to live in.

4. There is a little cat, so you are an animal lover.
