Hi everyone! We have a room available in our shared apartment from August 1, 2026 for an initial 1-month sublet, with the possibility of extending the stay.

About the apartment

The apartment is a spacious 95 m² home with 4 bedrooms, located right next to Amsterdamse Poort shopping center.

Within walking distance you’ll find Albert Heijn and Lidl (about 500 m away), Nelson Mandela Park, Bijlmer ArenA train and metro station, IKEA, Ziggo Dome, and Pathé ArenA, the largest cinema in the Netherlands.

The apartment has a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower, and a separate toilet.

Approximately 14 m².
€787 per month, including utilities.
Deposit: €565.
The room is unfurnished, but the mattress will remain in the room.

Who we’re looking for
We’re ideally looking for someone between 23 and 30 years old who is respectful, tidy, and easy to live with.
