SEEKING FEMALE ROOMMATE, 28+, (NO STUDENTS + NO INTERNATIONALS) STARTING SEPTEMBER 1 IN DOWNTOWN AMSTERDAM.

A room will become available in our little house on Prinseneiland as of September 1! It’s a lovely apartment with two small balconies overlooking the water, spread over two floors, within walking distance of Haarlemmerstraat/Jordaan and Central Station.

Here’s a summary of the practical details:
- 12m² room available for an indefinite period starting October 1
- Rent: €940 per month, including utilities and internet
- 1 month’s security deposit
- Registration required
- Furniture can be purchased if desired (price negotiable)
- Age 28+, neat but above all very friendly!

We’re 28 and 30 years old and work full-time. We’re looking for someone who ideally has a similar schedule and also spends a lot of time at the office.
