Hi everyone! I'm looking for a woman to sublet my room on Bestevâerstraat from 1 October for a period of 6 to 11 months.

- 20 m² furnished room (bed, desk, closet, couch & cabinet)
- No shared living room
- €885/month incl. gas, electricity & Wi-Fi (excl. yearly water and trash tax)
- One-month deposit
- Registration possible
- Shared kitchen, bathroom and balcony with two housemates (34M Dutch & 30F Korean)

The initial rental period is 6 months (1 October 2026 – 31 March 2027). In February 2027, we'll discuss the possibility of extending the contract until the end of September 2027. It's also possible to move in from mid-September, with September rent calculated pro rata.

I'm looking for a working woman who has her life in Amsterdam, is clean (very important!), communicative, and respectful of shared spaces.
