Sublet for August & September in De Baarsjes, Amsterdam
Dear prospective tenant,

I’d like to sublet my room because I’ll be traveling.

It’s a 14m² room in a small apartment that you’ll share with two other great roommates!

It’s a really nice neighborhood in Amsterdam-West with plenty of amenities, but the street itself is very quiet 🌻

We’re looking for someone who is tidy and quiet, treats the shared spaces with respect, and takes good care of the belongings and furniture in the room. It’s not a place for a lot of commotion, but rather a peaceful spot to come home to.

The rent is €700 per month with a small security deposit. Registration is not required.
