Roommate Wanted in the Rivierenbuurt – Starting October 1! 26+
Are you looking for a cozy place to live in Amsterdam? A room will be available starting October 1 in our house on Trompenburgstraat, in the Rivierenbuurt!

There are three of us living here: Silke (29), Sophie (29), and soon you. We’re close-knit and sometimes hang out outside the house, but that’s definitely not a requirement—having fun is the priority, and everyone’s free to do their own thing too. We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking woman who’s at least 26 and, just like us, has a job :)

About the house:

• Total area of 115 m², nice and spacious

• Spread over 2 floors

• Your room is on the ground floor

• Room is approximately 14 m²

• Private balcony overlooking the courtyard

Practical details:

• Rent: approx. €820 per month, excluding taxes and cleaning fees

• Security deposit: 2x the monthly rent

• Available starting October 1

• Open-ended lease
