Very spacious student room in a super cozy student house. Ideal for students in their early twenties who want to live comfortably with lots of atmosphere, space and nice roommates. Your room also has an authentic fireplace. What more could you want?

You live in a cozy, fully furnished house with all the trimmings: a large cozy kitchen where you can easily cook together or relax, a spacious living room with dining area, a beautiful large bathroom, separate toilet and a shared (storage) attic. The absolute highlight is the large roof terrace: perfect for sunny days, drinks or just chilling with roommates.

The apartment is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine and biweekly cleaning of the common areas. The house itself is furnished, while your room will be unfurnished so you can decorate it entirely to your own taste.

You currently share the house with 4 sociable students, which makes for a fun, social atmosphere with no strings attached. The location is top: in a lively shopping street and within about 15 minutes cycling you are in the center. Metro and bus are in front of the door.

This is a campus contract, so exclusively for students.
