About the accommodation
Per 1-1-2026 there will be two nice rooms available in a cozy house in Maarssen! So we are looking for two female students to share the upper floor together. It is useful if you already know each other. So if you can suggest someone, that's definitely an advantage!

Your roommate is a German student who lives on the ground floor. Two sisters who live upstairs are leaving, so we are now looking for another fun,social, neat and practical roommate.

It takes less than half an hour to get to Utrecht Central Station and Amsterdam is also easy to reach by car or public transport. You are in the center of Maarssen, where pleasant stores can be found. Within walking distance is the supermarket.

You have at your disposal; two rooms together so 20 m2. In one room you can sleep and the other room is your own living room. On the other side of this floor is the same possibility of two rooms. Together you share a shower room, toilet and a spacious kitchen of 8m2. The house is large, with a spacious hallway/corridor.
If the weather is nice, you can enjoy a large roof terrace together!
