About the living space
Per 1-1-2026, two solitary spaces will become available in a cozy house in Maarssen.

I am looking for two students (international and enrolled at university or college) to rent a space separately. Your space per person is two rooms. One you can make your living room and the other a nice bright bedroom! That is your own room of 20m2.

Together you share a shower room, toilet and a spacious kitchen of 8m2. The house is large, with a spacious hallway/corridor.
If the weather is nice, you can enjoy a large roof terrace together!

Your roommate is a German student who lives on the ground floor. Two sisters who live upstairs are leaving, so we are now looking for a nice,social, neat and practical roommate again.

It takes less than half an hour to get to Utrecht Central Station and Amsterdam is also easy to reach by car or public transport. You are in the center of Maarssen, where pleasant stores can be found. Within walking distance is the supermarket.
