Hey, girls looking for a room!

In our cozy girls’ house on Van Sijsenstraat (Oosterpoort neighborhood), a room will become available for sublease starting September 1 (earlier by arrangement) until around August 2027.

About the room
The room is 17 m² and is located on the second floor. The four of us share the bathroom, kitchen, and common area. We have a cleaning schedule to keep these spaces tidy. We also have the luxury of a dishwasher and a washing machine. The rent for the room is €320 per month, excluding utilities. The costs for gas, water, and electricity are approximately 80 euros, so that’s an additional expense.

About the location
Our house is in a nice neighborhood where many students live. The Plus supermarket and our favorite snack bar are a 3-minute walk away. By bike, you can reach the city center in 6 minutes, the Main Station in 5 minutes, and Europapark Station in 2 minutes. Zernike is a 15–20-minute bike ride away, and the UMCG is about 8 minutes away.

About Us
We’re three friendly girls (ages 20, 23, and 25) who are a bit further along in our studies. We’re a neat and quiet household. We enjoy cooking, eating, and playing games together, but everyone also does their own thing. We’re also always up for a chat in the hallway.
We’re looking for a neat, quiet, and friendly girl—preferably also in the later stages of her studies—who also enjoys doing things with the housemates every now and then.

The open house is on Tuesday afternoon, July 21.
