Looking for a new male roommate starting in August. (No international students)
A room is becoming available in our house on Oppenheimstraat. The room is approximately 2.5 by 4 meters and has a total area of 10 m². The rent is about €280 per month, including gas, water, and electricity. This amount may increase slightly.

The room has its own sink and is practically laid out with a loft bed, allowing you to make the most of the space.

There is a small fee for taking over the furnishings: you’ll need to take over the curtains, refrigerator, and desk. The total fee is €80.

The viewing will take place on August 4. Since the room becomes available in August, you’ll be able to move in right away once you find out if you’ve been chosen as our new roommate. You’ll therefore be expected to pay rent for the entire month of August.
