Hey room seeking girls!

A room in our cozy girls' house on the Van Sijsenstraat (Oosterpoortwijk) will become available from July 1 for subletting until about August 2027.

About the room
The room has an area of 17 m² and is located on the second floor. We share the bathroom, kitchen and GK with the four of us. We have a cleaning schedule to keep these rooms clean. We also have the luxury of a dishwasher and a washing machine. The rent of the room is € 310 excl g/w/l per month. The costs for gas, water & light are about 80 euros, so that comes on top.

About the location
Our house is in a nice neighborhood, where many students live. At 3 minutes walking distance are the Plus, our favorite snack bar and the Primera. By bike you can be in the center within 6 minutes, at the main station within 5 minutes and at Europapark station within 2 minutes. The Zernike is 20 minutes by bike, the UMCG is about 8 minutes.

About us
We are three cozy girls (23 and 25 years old) who are a bit further along in our studies. We are a neat and quiet house. We enjoy cooking, eating and playing games together, but everyone also does her own thing. Furthermore, we are definitely up for a chat in the hallway.
We are looking for a neat, quiet, cozy girl preferably also a little further in the study who also likes to occasionally do things with the house.

The hospi is on Tuesday, June 9 or Wednesday, June 10.
