🪩 HOUSE ZERI IS LOOKING FOR 2 NEW ROOMMATES! 🪩

(V, 20+, sorry no internationals)

Starting July 4, 2 rooms will become available in our cozy student house in the zeeheldenbuurt for an indefinite period of time!

The rooms🏡
Room 1: A room of about 13 m² with a private balcony and 2 built-in closets. The rent will be around €345 incl.

Room 2: A room of about 16 m², divided into 2 separate rooms, with 2 built-in closets. The rent will be around €430 incl.

The house🏡
The four of us share the kitchen and bathroom with toilet. We like a clean house and therefore have a cleaning schedule. We are therefore looking for someone who likes to keep the house tidy.

The location📍
The house is in a super nice location:
Westerhaven around the corner,
Within walking distance of the City Park (and thus festivals 😉 )
5 minutes cycling to the Noorderplantsoen and
5 minutes cycling to the Grote Markt

About ons💃🏼
You will end up in a cozy and active house with a total of four girls, two of whom are a bit further along in their studies. We are active in sports clubs and independent disputes.

We like to eat together, chill out and just drop in on each other. In fact, we have an open-door policy, which means that we regularly drop in for a small (but usually way too long) yap session or to watch a series together.

In addition, we are always up for a spontaneous night out, a drink in town or a wine on our beer bench in front of the house.

Every Tuesday we have house night and so we try to schedule it free as much as possible. 💖

Who are we looking for?☺️
We are looking for a cozy roommate aged 20+ who enjoys being part of an active house, but also has her own thing going on. Someone who likes sociability, openness and a clean house.
