Roommate Wanted (21+, M/F, no international students)
Hi, everyone looking for a room!

A room is available immediately in our apartment in the Rivierenbuurt neighborhood in Groningen, and another room will open up on September 1, so we’re looking for two new, friendly roommates (21+, male or female).

The rooms are approximately 7 m² and cost €371.85 per month, all-inclusive.

Room 1 is shown in photos 4 and 5 and is available immediately; the wall cabinet shown in the photo can be taken for free.

Room 2 becomes available on September 1 and can be seen in photos 6, 7, and 8; here, the wall cabinet and desk shelf can be taken for free.

There is a large living room of over 25 m² that is fully equipped. We also have a shared bathroom, toilet, and a balcony.

The house is located in the Rivierenbuurt neighborhood, about a 7-minute bike ride from downtown.

We don’t have a set house night yet, but we’re working on setting one up, and we also enjoy getting together every now and then to have a beer, play a game, or just chat.
