Room Available for a Limited Time (M/F)
Dear women and men looking for a room,

I’m going abroad for 5 months in September, so my room will be available. The room is available from September 1 through January.

We’re a close-knit group living in Paddepoel—four guys and one girl, all between the ages of 19 and 26. The house is a 3-minute walk from the shopping center, a 2-minute bike ride from the Zernike campus, and you can get to downtown in about 15 minutes.

We’re a very close-knit group—we have a house night every Tuesday, but we actually hang out together almost every day. Some of us are involved in clubs, and we all have our own things going on, but our door is always open for a good time.

We enjoy playing games together, watching movies, going to festivals, working out, and studying together.

In our house, we follow a cleaning schedule and keep things tidy as much as possible. We also have a shared kitchen and a large garden.

The room that’s becoming available is furnished, located on the 2nd floor, and measures about 18 square meters with its own sink. The rent is 450 euros per month, all-inclusive.

The house tour will take place on July 7, starting at 5 p.m. :)
