The rooms are located in the Stadspark neighborhood. Within walking distance, you’ll find the Plus supermarket, among other things, and the center of Groningen is about a 5-minute bike ride away.

Layout:
Upon entering, you’ll find the hallway, which provides access to all the rooms and common areas. The bathroom and toilet are shared with one female roommate. You’ll share the kitchen with the residents of Room 3 and Room 5; the other rooms have their own kitchens. Room 2, with an area of approximately 19.03 m², is located on the first floor. Room 2 has its own kitchen. On the second floor are Room 3, with an area of approximately 9 m², and Room 4, with an area of approximately 21 m². Room 3 has its own sink, and Room 4 has its own kitchen. In addition, this floor features a shared rooftop terrace of approximately 14 m². Room 5, with an area of approximately 7 m², is located on the third floor. This room has its own sink.

Rent and Security Deposit:
The rent for Room 2 is €786, including a €75 advance payment for water, gas, and electricity, as well as internet and television. (Photos 2–4)
