Location:
The rooms are located in the Oosterpoort neighborhood, a lively area just a short distance from downtown Groningen. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find various restaurants, supermarkets, and other daily amenities, all within walking distance. Within a few minutes by bike, you can reach the Grote Markt and downtown Groningen.

Layout:
Upon entering, you have direct access to Room 1, which measures approximately 20 m². This room features a private kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, combination oven, range hood, and refrigerator. Room 2 is also located on the ground floor. This room features a living room with an open kitchen, with an area of approximately 19 m². The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, combination oven, range hood, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Room 2 also features its own shower and sink, a separate bedroom of approximately 9 m², and a private garden. Room 3 and Room 4 are located on the first floor. Room 3 has an area of approximately 15 m² and features its own kitchen, equipped with an induction cooktop, combination oven, range hood, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The security deposit is one month’s rent.

Availability and lease term:
The rooms are available as of August 1, 2026. The lease agreement is entered into for an indefinite term.
