Starting July 20, 2026, three beautiful rooms will be available at Mauritsdwarsstraat 42 in Groningen.

Location:
The rooms are located in the Oosterpoort neighborhood, a lively area just a short distance from downtown Groningen. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find various restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and other daily amenities, all within walking distance. Within a few minutes by bike, you can reach the Grote Markt and downtown Groningen.

Layout:
The entryway leads to the landing, which provides access to all rooms in the apartment. On the first floor are Room 1, with an area of approximately 27 m², and Room 2, with an area of approximately 19 m². Both rooms have their own sink. This floor also houses the shared kitchen, the bathroom, and the separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances, including a dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and induction cooktop. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink. On the second floor is Room 3, with an area of approximately 44 m². This room also has its own sink and provides access to a balcony of approximately 3 m².

Rent and security deposit:
The rent for Room 1 is €774, excluding service charges (photos 2 and 3).
The rent for Room 2 is €700, excluding service charges (photos 4 through 6).
The rent for Room 3 is €970, excluding service charges (photos 7 through 9).
Tenants are responsible for setting up their own contracts for the remaining utilities.
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

Availability and lease term:
The rooms will be available as of July 20, 2026. The lease is for an indefinite term.
