Rooms Available for One Year Right in the Heart of Downtown!

Starting August 1, 2026, several rooms will become available for a one-year lease on Kwinkenplein in Groningen. Please note: The photos in this listing are of a similar room at the same address.

Location:
The rooms are located right in the heart of downtown. Supermarkets, such as Jumbo and Albert Heijn, are in the immediate vicinity. Shops, restaurants, and gyms are also easily accessible. The Zernike Campus is about a 10-minute bike ride away, and the University of Groningen is within walking distance.

Layout:
You enter the building through a shared entrance hall. The rooms are located on the first through fourth floors. All rooms have their own kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and sink. The toilets and laundry room are shared with the other residents on each floor and are cleaned weekly by a cleaning service. The complex has a communal bike storage area, which is also shared by all residents. Additionally, there is a storage room that you share with three other residents.

Rent and security deposit:
Kwinkenplein 11 - 1.07: €721 per month, including a €165 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
Kwinkenplein 27 - 2.04: €689 per month, including a €165 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
Kwinkenplein 43 - 3.01: €774 per month, including a €165 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
Kwinkenplein 51 - 4.06: €710 per month, including an advance payment of €165 for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The security deposit is equal to 2 months’ base rent.

Availability and lease term:
The rooms are available as of August 1, 2026. The lease agreement is for a fixed term of one year.
