Huize Peter is looking for a new roommate (m/f) 19+ (no international students)

Hi,
Starting July 14, a room will become available for an indefinite period in our cozy, mixed-gender house on Tuinstraat. Our house is in a great location on the edge of downtown, between Poeleplein and the main entrance to the UMCG. There are two adjoining rooms totaling about 25 m². The rent is approximately 670, all-inclusive. The four of us share the bathroom, kitchen, and toilet. We’re looking for a friendly person who enjoys doing things together but also has a bit of a life of their own in Groningen. We also have a house night every Tuesday evening and are members of various student associations (Aegir, Albertus, TAM, and TKB).
