🚨ROOMMATE WANTED FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD (M or F/19+)🚨

An 18m2 room will become available in our house in the Korrewegwijk neighborhood starting July 1. The rent is 350 euros (base rent) + 150 euros in service fees (you’ll get back around 90 euros per month at the end of the year, depending on our usage). We share the kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Our house is about a 10-minute bike ride from downtown, 10 minutes from Zernike, a 4-minute bike ride from the UMCG, and a 3-minute walk from the Appie.

Currently, there are 5 roommates living here: 3 girls and 2 guys. We’re a close-knit and friendly group; Tuesday is our regular house night, and we also often eat together or play games. We’re all members of different clubs, such as G.C.H.C., Villa Volonté, Surface, TKB, and Studiosi Mobilae, so we also have our own lives outside the house.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic housemate who might already have their own social life in Groningen—or who wants to build one—but who also enjoys going out and having fun with the rest of the house. We don’t have a “GK” (closed-door policy), but rather an open-door policy where we often hang out together and chat.
