Hi, people looking for a room! (NO INTERNATIONALS)

A nice room will be available starting August 1 in our cozy student house on Kerklaan. We live here with 5 other guys and are a friendly group—there’s always someone around for a chat, a meal together, a beer, or a night on the couch. Of course, there’s also plenty of space to do your own thing.

The room:
The room is about 18 m², has large windows overlooking the street, and a private kitchen. You’ll share the shower, toilet, and washing machine with the rest of the house. Behind the house is a nice garden where we love to hang out in the summer.

Rent:
Base rent: €650 per month
Utility fees: €62 per month (gas, water, electricity, internet, and use of the washing machine)

Mandatory furniture purchase:
The current tenant is leaving the room virtually move-in ready. For a mandatory purchase of €290, you’ll take over:

- Bed frame
- Wardrobe

In addition, various other pieces of furniture and appliances can be taken over by arrangement and for an additional fee, including the mattress, desk, desk chair, sofa, refrigerator, stove, TV with TV stand, curtains, blinds, and other furnishings.

Location:
The room is located on Kerklaan in Groningen, close to the Noorderplantsoen. You’ll be living across from the Plus supermarket, and the location is ideal for getting to the Zernike Campus.
