Looking for a Roommate!!

We’re looking for a new roommate to move into our house on Jozef Israëlsstraat starting September 1 for an indefinite period. Our house is in a laid-back location, just a 5-minute bike ride from supermarkets, the Noorderplantsoen, and downtown, and about a 15-minute bike ride to Zernike.

The room that’s becoming available is about 14 m², has its own kitchen, and will cost approximately €550 per month, all-inclusive (subject to change). In addition to the rent, the monthly costs for internet and the washing machine are €14.31.

If you become our new roommate, you’ll be living with five other girls aged 21 or 22. We’re a quiet household where everyone is serious about their studies, and most of us will be continuing our studies for a while yet. This is what we’re looking for in a new roommate as well. We all have our own lives, but we enjoy having dinner together on Tuesdays (or more often) and like to drop by each other’s rooms. Aside from the cleaning schedule, there are no obligations in the house.

There are a few items (including the bed) that need to be taken over. The cost of these will be discussed with our housemate.
