Location:
The apartment is located in the Helpman neighborhood. Helperplein is within walking distance, where you’ll find a wide selection of supermarkets and shops. The center of Groningen is about a ten-minute bike ride away.

Layout:
Room 1 is located on the first floor. The shared bathroom on the first floor has a shower, and the bathroom on the second floor is equipped with a shower and toilet. There are eight rooms in the house in total. The common areas are shared with 7 roommates. Room 1 has a usable area of 15 m² and features its own kitchen.

Rent and security deposit:
The rent is €614 per month, including a €75 advance payment for gas, water, electricity, internet, and television.
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

Availability and lease term:
The room is available as of August 1, 2026. The lease agreement is for an indefinite term.
