🌿 **Bright 20m² room available in Rivierenbuurt / De Pijp (Amsterdam) – female flatmate wanted from 01/09/2026**

Hi!

I’m looking for a female flatmate for a bright, spacious **20m² unfurnished room** in my apartment in Rivierenbuurt, right on the border of De Pijp, next to the canal.

The room has lots of natural light and a **built-in wardrobe**.

💰 **Rent: €1,200/month including bills**
✅ Registration possible
(Only exceptions are the yearly water/waste taxes and possible additional costs if energy usage is significantly higher than normal.)

The apartment:
* Great location next to the canal
* Close to cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and public transport
* Shared kitchen, bathroom and living spaces
* Friendly dog living in the apartment 🐶

I’m looking for someone who:
* Is a **working professional (full-time)** — not a student
* Has experience living with other people
* Works outside the home (not looking for someone who works from home full-time)
* Is tidy and cleans up immediately after themselves
* Respects shared spaces and boundaries
* Has their own social life, friends and hobbies
* Enjoys a calm and peaceful home rather than a party house
* **does not smoke**
