**ROOM AVAILABLE - RIVIERENBUURT, AMSTERDAM**

We’re looking for a new flatmate (female, ~27–33 years old) for our lovely and bright apartment in the Rivierenbuurt, which you’ll share with two other working female flatmates. We’re Dutch and Italian, both of us are into sports (tennis, ice skating, running), traveling and enjoy having an active social life. Our apartment feels like an oasis of calm, where we can come home and wind down. We enjoy to regularly have dinner together (~once a week) and value a clean and tidy home. We’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.

The apartment is bright and spacious, facing a small park. It’s 5 mins cycling distance to the De Pijp and 10 mins to Amsterdam Zuid station. The apartment is 124 m² and has 3 bedrooms, we each have our own bathroom.

**About the room:**

· 20 m², including private bathroom

· Available from Aug 1st

· €1250 per month including utilities, deposit is one month’s rent
