1 MONTH ROOM SUBLET (with high chance of extension for a few months)- FROM JULY 1ST 2026 - AMSTERDAM ZUIDOOST - Internationals and Dutches welcome

Hi, a room is becoming available in our apartment starting July 1st 2026!

We are Ness, Olaf, and Anja. We live near the Amsterdamse Poort shopping area in a spacious apartment. There is an AH and a LIDL at 500m walking distance. Nelson Mandela park is around the corner! In addition, the Bijlmer-Arena station, the Johan Cruyff Arena and the Ziggo Dome are within walking distance.

The room that will become available is around 10m2 big, it comes unfurnished, and costs 688€ including utilities. The deposit is also 688€. We share a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin, and a separate toilet. There’s also a shared living room and a kitchen (with a dishwasher). We are preferably looking for someone between 25-30 years old.

We are LGBT friendly and open minded so we’d like the person who’d move in to share the same values.
