Seeking a roommate (27+) starting August 2: €985 per month, including gas, electricity, and internet (excluding water and waste disposal fees), plus a €500 security deposit. You can register with the Population Registry, but you will not have tenant rights.

Since my current roommate is moving out permanently, I’m looking for a new, working roommate starting August 2 (Sunday) who is 27 years old or older. The house is located in Oost on a very nice street close to Oosterpark and adjacent to Linnaeusstraat. The house is 70 m², and your room totals 10.5 m², divided into a 7 m² bedroom (which opens onto a very large terrace) and a separate 3.5 m² closet room. We also have a living room and a room that will be set up with a desk and monitor to serve as a home office.

You’ll be living with me, a 31-year-old woman who works in the social services sector. I’m half Dutch, half Colombian, and I’ve been living happily in this house for 3 years now. I really love music—electronic music, but also reggaeton and dancehall. I completed a European international master’s degree; I love languages and enjoy discovering new places in the city.

Since my current roommate is moving out permanently, I am looking for a new (working) roommate starting August 2 (Sunday) who is 27 years old or older. The apartment is located in Amsterdam East, on a lovely street close to Oosterpark and adjacent to Linnaeusstraat.

The apartment has a total area of 70 m². Your room is 10.5 m², divided into a 7 m² bedroom (next to our very large terrace) and a separate 3.5 m² walk-in closet/storage room. In addition, we share a living room, as well as an extra room that will be set up as a home office with a desk. You’ll be living with me, a 31-year-old woman who works in the social/governmental sector. I’m half Dutch and half Colombian, and I’ve been happily living in this apartment for the past three years.

I love music—especially electronic music, but also reggaeton and dancehall. I have a European international master’s degree, have a passion for languages, and enjoy exploring new places around the city.
