I’m looking for a working roommate, around 27 years old or older, to share my modern, bright apartment in Amstel III. Someone who has their own life but also enjoys having dinner or a drink together every now and then.

The apartment was completed in April; it’s brand-new and modernly furnished. It features a lovely terrace and is within walking distance of the Bullewijk metro stop and close to IKEA.

You’ll have a bright room of about 11 m². The room comes unfurnished, so you can decorate it entirely to your own taste. It already has beautiful herringbone flooring with underfloor heating, and the curtains are already hung, so you won’t need to drill any holes.

💰 Rent: €1,150 per month (including all utilities)

* Available: June through December (renewal possible if both parties are satisfied)
