Room for rent in Amsterdam East – Garage Middenweg

I’m offering two private rooms for rent from July 1st, available for one student aged 20–27 for a maximum period of 2 years.

Both international and Dutch students are welcome.

Location: Amsterdam East, on Middenweg

10 minutes by bike to Roeterseiland Campus
5 minutes by bike to Science Park
15 minutes by bike to the city centre

Rent: €1,200 per month, including gas, water, electricity and Wi-Fi
Total private space: 17.5 m²

The rental includes two private rooms:
* One room of 10.5 m² with access to a private balcony
* One additional room of 7 m², ideal as a study, workspace or small living area

You’ll share the house with 2 lovely students (one male and one female student). The atmosphere at home is friendly and social. We hang out from time to time, but you are also free to do your own thing.

The house has two floors, with one toilet on each floor.

The rent includes shared use of:
* Bathroom
* Kitchen
* Living room
* Downstairs Balcony
* Washing machine and dryer

The rooms are ideal for a Dutch or international student looking for a comfortable place in a convenient location, with easy access to UvA campuses and the centre of Amsterdam.
